BioIf you're trying to work out who I am by how you met me:
I'm a genderqueer bisexual feminist and spend time at related events; I've previously been a poster on the WomBat list and Barbelith; I ferret around in academia (literature and gender studies); I'm interested in fan cultures but don't participate much; my goth side is in decline but subject (as is only fitting) to sporadic unexpected resurrections.
If you're trying to work out who I am by what I look like:
I am tallish and thinnnish, pallid, beaky and currently have a light brown crew cut.
No offense is intended by my not befriending you - I have no friendslist at present and rarely post anything that everyone can't read.
I try not to talk about my lovelife, my friends or my family, not because I find other people's posts on the topic tedious, but in order to cajole myself into writing something different.
